Refund policy

At PULU, we want you to be confident in what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

Returns
• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
• Limited Edition / Special Edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
• If you need a different size or item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
